If you’re looking for ongoing tech learning opportunities from home, here are some great places to start! Organizations such as Cyber-Seniors and GCF Global have FREE, engaging, easy-to-follow tutorials that use plain language and explain step-by-step how to use your computer, smartphone and more. For more in-depth learning taught by subject experts, Gale Courses and Linked -In Learning have courses not only in computer related subjects, but a multitude of classes from accounting to writing.

Online Safety and Cybercrime

Cybercrimes can happen to anyone. Learn how to stay safe online and avoid common scams or threats.

These short introductory videos below explain what cybersecurity is  and why we need to educate ourselves on how best to protect our information and identity online.

Cyber-Seniors

Cyber-Seniors is a non-profit organization that provides seniors with tech-training. Sign up for their free daily webinars, watch past webinars, or get one-on-one virtual help via Zoom. They even have a weekly Q&A Tech Drop-in via Zoom on Thursdays at 11 am. Sign up once and then join one or all of the drop-in sessions via the Zoom link.
