Have you been sitting on a piece of writing that could use a bit of polish? Would you like feedback to make your writing stronger and inspire you to write more? A new peer-critique writing group can kickstart your writing again, or take it to the next level. Bring a piece of your writing (800 words max) each month to read aloud and receive constructive input.
Facilitator Marissa Fischer (they/them) has years of experience hosting Blue Pencil sessions, and facilitating writer’s workshops at VCON, When Words Collide, and Creative Ink Festival. They have written for the Arts & Words Festival, Coast Life, and Polar Borealis, and guest edited the Sunshine Coast Writers and Editors Society’s (SCWES) quarterly publication Not an Island.
